Marshall County has adopted restrictions concerning the placement of single wide mobile homes in Marshall County, they are a Permitted Use in the A-1 District with the following restrictions:
 

• 1. They are a model within 5 years of the current date (no exceptions).
• 2.  Have front and back porches a minimum of 80 square feet each.
• 3 Be owner occupied.
• 4. The tongue of the single wide mobile home must be removed.
• 5. Block, Brick or some stone veneer is to be placed around the perimeter of the single wide mobile home. 

These requirements are in addition to the requirements for the legal establishment of a dwelling in Marshall County, i.e. septic, water, power, lot size, etc.
