Notice is hereby given to all residents of Marshall County, TN, and to all persons interested that open, public, regular meetings of the Board of County Commissioners of said county will be commencing at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on the following dates during the year of 2024 to wit:

February 26, 2024
March 25, 2024
April 22, 2024
May 28, 2024 (Tuesday)
June 24, 2024
July 22, 2024
August 26, 2024
September 23, 2024
October 28, 2024
November 25, 2024
There will be considered at such meeting all matters that may properly be considered at regular meetings of the Board of County Commissioners. This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of sections 8-44-101 to 8-44-106, inclusive Tennessee Code Annotation. All county commission meetings will have the entire agenda posted on our website. The audio of the meeting will be posted on the website the following day. Website: marshallcountytn.com
If the State or Federal Government have recommendations compelling us to social distance, the Marshall County Commission could change the location of their meeting if necessary. Any changes regarding where the location may be changed to will be advertised as soon as possible.
