The Marshall County Mayor is to carry out all duties that are listed in the TCA 5-6-101 thru 5-6-113. The Mayor for Marshall County holds a four year term, which begins September of every election year. The County mayor is responsible for the custody of county property. The County Mayor is also a nonvoting ex-officio member of the County Commission and of all its committees.
